The statement fully supported the statement issued by a spokesman for the National Defence Commission (NDC) of the DPRK in condemnation of the reckless "missile guidance agreement" announced by the Lee Myung Bak regime of south Korea.

It branded the "missile guidance agreement" as a declaration of preemptive attack on the DPRK, an undisguised provocative move to launch an all-out war and a thrice-cursed action.
