The message extended warm congratulations and greetings to all the participants in the meeting and all the Koreans in Japan.

The "meeting of representatives of branches under the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan-2012" is an important occasion for carrying forward the tradition and experience of the campaign for producing model branches, rallying compatriots including rising generations under the banner of patriotism and building a harmonized rich and vibrant Koreans' community as required by the high stage of the movement of Koreans in Japan.

Officials of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan should do all the work as intended and desired by Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il with unshakable faith and optimism that final victory is always in store for them as they have the country and the nation led by the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The officials of Chongryon and activists of branches should organize branches in all areas where Koreans live and make them lively one. They should also conduct the mass patriotic campaign including the national education and cultural activities and the movement for inviting Koreans to come to the fold of Chongryon and thus rally a wider range of Koreans around the organization.

They should embody Kim Jong Il's patriotism, the genuine idea of patriotism, to make a tangible contribution to the development and prosperity of the motherland and the country's independent reunification and conduct external activities to promote the friendly relations with the Japanese people.

The message expressed belief that the meeting will serve as a significant milestone for pushing forward the organizational building of Chongryon and its patriotic activities and for accelerating the new heyday in the movement of the Koreans in Japan, wishing the meeting good success in its work.
