Displayed at the venue were data introducing how the famous flowers came into existence and top prizes they received at the world horticultural expos and flower exhibitions.

Seen were over 70 floral baskets in the name of several units of China, Koreans living in China and DPRK's trade missions and joint ventures in Yanji.

Present at the opening ceremony were the chief manager of Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia glasshouse in Hunchun, the chief of the branch in Hunchun of the General Association of Koreans in China and other figures and people of different circles and Koreans in China. The delegation of Korea Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Committee, the delegation of Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia glasshouse in Rason City and DPRK officials staying in China also attended.

Speeches were made at the ceremony.

The speakers said the exhibition showed faithfulness of the people to the great President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il, expressing the will to continue raising the immortal flowers.

Prior to the ceremony, there was an unveiling ceremony of the tablet of "Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Greenhouse".
