He noted that he was pleased to visit the DPRK on the occasion of the anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's election as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and its birthday.

It was great honor for me to enjoy the performance given by Moranbong Band to mark the 67th birthday of the Workers' Party of Korea in presence of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, he noted, and continued:

I was greatly encouraged by the people of the DPRK standing firm guard over the bulwark of socialism.

The DPRK has made astonishing progress in all fields of socialist construction.

The leadership of the WPK is a decisive factor.

The WPK is advancing under the uplifted banner of socialism, smashing the moves of the imperialists.

This is greatly encouraging the world progressive parties struggling for socialism.

I have grasped the truth of the victory of socialism in the course of my deep study of the DPRK.

President Kim Il Sung was the great sage who glorified the 20th century.

He shared weal and woe with the people, always finding himself among them.

He laid an eternal foundation for the prosperity of socialist Korea by rallying the people close as one.

I am confident that the Korean people will build a reunified thriving state under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un who is successfully carrying forward the undying feats of the peerlessly great men.

The French Revolutionary Communist League extends full support and solidarity to the WPK and the people of the DPRK in their just cause and struggle and will stand together with them.

I sincerely wish Kim Jong Un good health and greater success.
