Under the slogan "Let Us Help the People!" servicepersons finished dredging the river in a short span of time and volunteered to do good things for the citizens.

Besides their assignments, they have face-lifted bridges and painted facilities in boating grounds.

Early in mornings, they swept away sludge dropped on streets while in transport and repaired a broken drain pipe in the area around their worksite.

Citizens, too, have shown their sincerity for servicepersons in the project. They, inspired with Kim Jong Il's patriotism, visit the project site with aid materials day and night.

Such close army-people unity helps speed up the project.
