The International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions posted on its Internet homepage on Oct. 4 articles titled "Programme for implementing the June 15 joint declaration", "For independent reunification, peace and prosperity" and "Immortal banner for Korea's reunification" under the headline "The 5th anniversary of the publication of the October 4 declaration".

The articles said it was thanks to the great and courageous decision made by Kim Jong Il that there were two north-south summits and the June 15 joint declaration based on the spirit of "By our nation itself" and the October 4 declaration, a programme for implementing it, were provided, paving a broad way for further promoting the movement for national reunification.

However, a stumbling block is lying in the way of accomplishing the cause of Korea's reunification and ensuring peace on the Korean Peninsula due to the vicious treacherous and anti-reunification moves of the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors who do not desire the reunification of the country while kowtowing to outside forces, they said, adding that the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un has wisely led the struggle of the army and people of the DPRK with his will to successfully carry out the behests of Kim Jong Il for national reunification.

The Rostov-Na-Donu Anti-Bourgeois Front of Russia posted on its Internet homepage on Oct. 6 an article introducing the undying feats performed by Kim Jong Il for national reunification under the headline "the 5th anniversary of the publication of the October 4 declaration."
