Not content with trumpeting about "provocation" from the DPRK, Lee made no scruple of talking such nonsense about "human rights," betraying his inveterate hatred towards it.

Waters of the West Sea of Korea have become the biggest hotspot where a touch-and-go situation prevails due to serious military provocations of the south Korean warmongers.

Rodong Sinmun Saturday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

Lee appeared on this island to cry out for "defending NLL". This was a deliberate behavior to lead the tense situation on the five islands to an armed conflict and a war.

Lee's agitation of confrontation with fellow countrymen and a war against the north was aimed to build up public opinion on NLL, a serious controversial issue between the ruling and opposition parties of south Korea with the "presidential election" near at hand, and thus help the conservative group stay in power.

His trip to the island is nothing but a wanton denial of the October 4 declaration and an intolerable challenge to all Koreans desirous of peace, independent reunification and prosperity common to the nation.

For the Lee group to talk about "security" and "deterrence" while persistently refusing to implement the declaration for the development of the north-south relations and peace and prosperity amounts to insult and mockery of the south Korean people desirous of the reconciliation and unity between compatriots, detente and peace.

The Lee group of traitors should bear in mind that its persistent denial of the declaration would only bring earlier the day when it will face a severe and merciless punishment by the people.
