Now all the youth and students of the DPRK are hardly repressing the towering resentment against the Lee regime which forced all military units to use the "standard teaching plan for the action against forces following the north" that labels the nine pro-reunification movement organizations as "enemy of the army." They include the South Headquarters of Pomchonghakryon and the Federation of University Students Councils of south Korea.

These moves are fascist suppression of all south Koreans including youth and students aspiring after independence, democracy and reunification and an undisguised declaration of a war.

The North Headquarters of Pomchonghakryon bitterly condemn the puppet regime of traitors for its action aimed to suppress pro-reunification and progressive organizations in south Korea after labeling them as "enemy". It termed this action a disgraceful behavior against the nation and reunification that incriminates reunification and patriotism and brings the second Kwangju massacre.

The above-said nine organizations are vanguard for reunification who dedicated their lives to the independence and democracy of the south Korean society and the just patriotic struggle for national reunification. How can they be "enemy"?

The said moves of the Lee regime are the total denial of independence, democracy and reunification which betrayed its true colors as the enemy of independence, democracy and reunification.

They also clearly showed that the Lee regime is the group of brutes and hideous fascist gangsters little different from military fascist hooligans who hurled puppet army soldiers into brutally killing the youth and students in Kwangju 32 years ago.

The puppet regime's action was not confined to a few organizations in south Korea and it was declaration of war against south Korean people desirous of national reconciliation and unity and reunification.

It was a crucial issue related to the destiny of the youth, students and all other people of south Korea and a prelude to a bloody massacre of those people standing for independent and democratic new policy, new life and reunification.

In fact, the anti-reunification conservative forces are politically doing harm and fascistically suppressing and persecuting opposition parties, organizations and people that stand in the way of prolonging the conservative regime, indiscriminately labeling them as "forces following the north" with the approaching "presidential" election.

As a result, a number of people are being taken to the prison in shackles and persecuted.

The prevailing situation proves that it will be impossible for the south Koreans to evade tragedy nor will it be possible to realize their desire for independence, democracy and reunification as long as the anti-reunification fascist forces are allowed to remain in office.

All the youth and students of south Korea, transparent in justice and ardent in patriotism, should achieve firm unity under the banner of independence, democracy and reunification and mete out a stern punishment to the conservative regime, who are resorting to the last-ditch efforts to prolong their remaining days, in the same spirit with which the protesters in the April 19 uprising staunchly resisted the fascist dictatorship.

The final victory is in store for the south Korean youth, students and all other people who are advancing under the banner of independence, democracy and reunification and the June 15 joint declaration.
