Japan's Sinister Aim in Fawning on U.S. under Fire: Rodong Sinmun
|

Pyongyang, October 24 (KCNA) -- MV-22 Osprey of the U.S. forces deployed in Okinawa made its maiden flight exercise some days ago. Rodong Sinmun in a bylined commentary Wednesday terms the flight an inevitable product of the Japanese government's submission to the U.S. It goes on: The Japanese government seeks an ulterior intention in allowing the deployment and flight exercises of the cargo aircraft of new type. Japan, defeated in the Second World War, is not in a position to launch military operations overseas under the Constitution, which is a stumbling block in the way of the Japanese reactionaries who are making desperate efforts to turn the country into a military giant and launch reinvasion to realize the old dream of the "Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere." That is why they are trying to revise the "Pacifist Constitution" as a war constitution and, at the same time, use the U.S. for the realization of their aim. Clear is the aim of the Japanese reactionaries who are blindly following their master U.S., paying no heed to the violation of human rights of the Japanese. Their final aim is to realize their ambition for overseas expansion with the help of the U.S. despite the domestic and international censure. This ulterior intention can never come true in the face of staunch actions of the peace-loving Asian people. |
