The U.S., Japan and south Korea held high-level negotiations in Tokyo on Oct. 17 at which their representatives "reaffirmed tripartite united actions" and discussed cooperation in the stand-off with the DPRK over the "nuclear issue of the north".

On Oct. 16, William Burns, U.S. deputy secretary of State, flew to south Korea and held U.S.-south Korea vice ministerial "strategic dialogue" at which they agreed to boost cooperation in carrying out the scenario for invading the DPRK, trumpeting about "security situation" on the Korean Peninsula.

The evermore tightened conspiracy and nexus among the U.S., Japan and south Korea are aimed at rounding off the system for attacking the north under the pretext of "threat" from the DPRK and escalating the military threat and provocations against it.

At the above-said talks the Lee regime again peddled the fiction about "missile threat," agitating confrontation with the DPRK together with its masters.

It echoed the U.S. call for "expanding the scope of tripartite security cooperation."

The Lee regime has escalated the confrontation with fellow countrymen since the announcement of the "missile guidance agreement" for extending south Korea's ballistic missile range to strike all parts of the DPRK.

This is the last-ditch effort of the regime to escape its destruction.

It is finding itself in the bottomless political and economic crisis after pushing the north-south relations to a dangerous phase on the eve of a war and throwing south Korean society into chaos and catastrophe due to its anti-reunification confrontation policy, unpopular policies and scandals.

Thrown into a deplorable position, forsaken by all sides, the group of traitors is trying hard to get rid of this pitfall of death through the moves to escalate the confrontation with fellow countrymen in collusion with outside forces.

Cooperation with outside forces will never help the group seek a way out.

No matter how desperately the Lee group may work, it will never be able to escape a severe punishment by history.
