They laid bouquets and flowers at the graves of the President's grandparents Kim Po Hyon and Ri Po Ik and parents Kim Hyong Jik and Kang Pan Sok, before paying silent tribute to them.

After visiting the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Museum, they called at the old home of the President and looked round historic relics preserved there.

On the same day they visited the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong.

They laid bouquets before the bust of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk and paid tribute to her.

They also visited the Museum of Arms and Equipment of the Korean People's Army.
