The open notice reflected the iron will of the KPA not to tolerate any moves of the Lee Myung Bak regime of south Korea to do harm to the dignity of the supreme leadership and the social system of the DPRK, the statement said, accusing the Lee group of such hideous attempt.

This is a shameless and unpardonable psychological warfare against the DPRK, the statement noted, and went on:

The Western Front Command of the KPA issued the open notice in view of the extremely grave provocation on Oct. 19.

The KPA never makes an empty talk.

Should the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors perpetrate provocations, it will have to pay a high price for them.

We fully support the open notice of the Western Front Command of the KPA.

It should teach the Lee group a lesson.
