Referring to the fact that the "presidential" candidate from the "Saenuri Party" sent a congratulatory message to the Association for Promotion of Democracy of North Korea, the commentary branded the association as a chief culprit which escalated the military tension between the south and the north as evidenced by its recent attempt to scatter leaflets against the DPRK. This plunged the whole of south Korea into chaos, the commentary added.

It is because of the "Saenuri Party", a reliable supporter, that such organizations of riff-raffs as the association stalk in south Korea, the commentary said.

It said that it is none other than Park Geun Hye who showed warm hospitality to those of this conservative organization when they called at her and suggested even a "proposal for policy toward the north".

Prior to this, the opposition Unified Progressive Party (UPP) in a commentary on Oct. 22 disclosed the fact that the "presidential" candidate from the "Saenuri Party" met members of the association who came to meet her on Oct. 19 when the north issued an open notice as regards the planned racket of scattering leaflets against the DPRK, but not mentioned a word of halting the scattering of leaflets.

This clearly shows that Park is, in fact, behind the association, the UPP said in the commentary, adding it can hardly repress resentment at her reckless action.
