Kim Jong Un Sends Message of Sympathy to Raul Castro Ruz

Pyongyang, October 30 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, on Tuesday sent a message of sympathy to Raul Castro Ruz, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, president of the Council of State and president of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba.

The message said:

Upon hearing the news that hurricane hit the eastern provinces of your country recently, causing casualties and many material losses, I extend deep sympathy and consolation to you and, through you, to the Cuban government and people and the inhabitants in the afflicted areas.

I am convinced that under your leadership the Cuban party, government and people would eradicate the aftermath of the natural disasters and bring the life of the inhabitants in the afflicted areas to normal as soon as possible.
