This sordid conspiracy between the master and the stooge is aimed to intensify provocation in the West Sea of Korea, the area fraught with the potential danger of military conflict, and ignite a nuclear war at any cost.

As recognized by the world, the nll is an illegal and bogus line which the U.S. imperialist troops drew at their will in the inalienable territorial waters of the DPRK in breach of the Korean Armistice Agreement after occupying south Korea under the helmet of "UN forces".

The U.S. and the south Korean authorities once admitted the illegality of the line in the past.

However, they are now crying out for "maintaining" nll, while talking about its practical value. This is sophism to justify their encroachment on the sovereignty of the DPRK, intrusion into its territorial waters and provocation against it.

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces are entirely to blame for the military conflicts and acute confrontation persisting in the West Sea of Korea that turned into a biggest hotspot in the region as they have resorted to the sordid moves to maintain nll.

At the tacit connivance and instigation of the U.S., the south Korean puppet forces have committed ceaseless anti-DPRK war provocations while crying out for defending the line. They called the line "one complying with the territorial concept".

The U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces' anti-DPRK war moves have become common occurrences in the West Sea of Korea and they are increasingly assuming provocative nature.

The group of traitor Lee Myung Bak is, indeed, made up of provokers and war maniacs obsessed by the ambition to realize the scenario for a war against the DPRK.

Such provokers have pledged to intensify the DPRK-targeted joint military exercises in collusion with outsiders on five islands in the West Sea of Korea and in waters around them where military tensions run high. This amounts to an open declaration of a war against the DPRK.

It is as clear as noonday that if the U.S. and the south Korean military authorities intensify the war exercises in the West Sea of Korea according to their dangerous war scheme, it will increase the military confrontation between the north and the south and invite another all-out war to the Korean Peninsula.
