The Japanese reactionaries regard their claim to Tok Islets as an appropriate pretext for kicking off an operation to stage a comeback to Korea and a bargaining for making them a military dispute.

They are set to launch the operation while talking about prompt and effective "reaction" in "contingency" in the vicinity of Japan with the main stress put on "contingency" on the Korean Peninsula.

Now that the U.S. imperialists are making desperate efforts to ignite the second Korean War, the Japanese reactionaries are working hard to seize it as an opportunity for reinvading Korea.

The talk about "threat from north Korea" is a drumbeat of their moves for reinvading Korea whereas the reinvasion of Korea means a signal for invading other countries of Asia.

Having totally thrown away the veil of a "pacifist state" used by Japan for more than half a century since the end of the Second World War, it is revealing its true colors as a war state and belligerent militaristic forces seeking to conquer the world.

Its moves to turn itself into a military power and launch reinvasion have gone beyond the danger line as exemplified by its allowance of arms export, nuclear weaponization, the scheme to conclude a military agreement with the south Korean puppet forces and exercise of the right to collective self-defense.

The prevailing situation calls for intensifying as never before the struggle to check and frustrate the above-said moves. It, at the same time, underscores the need for all the peace-loving states and people in Asia and the rest of the world to heighten the vigilance against the moves of the Japanese militarists to reinvade other Asian countries.
