The magazine carried a photo of the dear respected Kim Jong Un attending the 6th session of the 12th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK.

It conveyed news that an ordinance on enforcing the universal 12-year compulsory education was promulgated at the session.

The magazine reported about the celebrations held by the General Association of Koreans in China and its branch organizations to observe the 64th birthday of the DPRK.

The Association sent a letter of solidarity to an overseas Koreans' meeting for reunification held in Moscow in celebration of the 5th anniversary of the the historic October 4 declaration and members of the Federation of Korean Youth in China had round-table talks after participating in the celebrations of the Youth Day, said the magazine.

It carried an article titled "The General and CNC(8)" and travelogues written by young Koreans in China under the captions of "Oath taken on way to the homeland" and "We will take the lead in working for our country".

It carried statements released by the Association and its branch organizations in protest against the south Korean warmongers' DPRK-targeted nuclear war maneuvers under the signboard of "prevention of the proliferation of WMDs" and the south Korean conservative regime's moves to revive the "yusin" dictatorship.

It also carried a report issued by the Southwestern Front Command of the Korean People's Army as regards south Korean warships' continuous intrusion into the DPRK's territorial waters.
