Recently Kim Kwan Jin, minister of Defense, and other warmongers of the military kicked up war hysteria on the forefront, floating a whole string of sheer fictions about "north's provocations," the odd story that it may perpetrate "military provocations" with the "presidential election" at hand.

In the meantime, such conservative media as Chosun Ilbo, Munhwa Ilbo and Dong-A Ilbo are serving the ruling quarters as political waiting maids and reptile trumpeters in their racket for "north wind", crying out for "barring the forces following the north from coming to power " and raising a hue and cry over "the north's interference in the election" and "additional provocations".

The "Saenuri Party," at the same time, is kicking up a row over "minutes of negotiations" in which it claimed the former regime discussed with the north the "northern limit line," labeling the pro-reform democratic forces as "forces giving up the sovereignty over the territory" and "forces disturbing security" in a desperate effort to lead the "presidential election" to confrontation between "forces defending liberal democracy" and "leftist forces following the north".

These moves are nothing but the last-ditch efforts of those tight-cornered to divert elsewhere public attention focused on their despicable scandals being disclosed one after another and deter the people's mindset from supporting pro-reform democratic forces in a bid to turn the uncertain situation before the election favorable to them.

As well known to everybody, it is a trite method of the conservative group to kick off the racket for "north wind" before each election.

It faked up "the Cheonan" warship sinking case, a hideous anti-DPRK drama orchestrated during the local autonomous election in June, 2010 and kicked off the racket for "north wind", claiming that it was sunk by the north's "torpedo attack". Before the Seoul mayoral election in October last year and the "National Assembly" election in April this year it deliberately strained the inter-Korean relations in an effort to put a baneful impact on the elections.

When the situation before the "presidential election" this time turned unfavorable to it, the group committed grave military provocations in the waters around the five islands in the West Sea of Korea, the biggest hotspot, again seeking a way out in fabricating "north wind." It misinterpreted even what was discussed at the north-south summit in a bid to mislead public opinion, not content with kicking up war hysteria in collusion with the U.S.

This is a total negation of the north-south declarations and a ridiculous artifice to overturn them. This clearly suggests that in case the "Saenuri Party" takes office, it will totally scrap them and the West Sea turn into a theatre of war.

In the final analysis, the above-said behavior of the "Saenuri Party" clearly indicates that the election commitments made by it as regards the inter-Korean relations are no more than empty words and it is set to stand in confrontation with the DPRK to the last and not to rule out even an all-out war.

All facts go to convincingly prove that the "Saenuri Party" and the conservative forces are a group of heinous belligerent maniacs who stoop to any provocation and intrigue to seize power.

All the service personnel and people of the DPRK are greatly infuriated by the south Korean conservative forces' provocations and war moves against it and "north wind" racket.

It is an exercise of a legitimate right for the DPRK to censure the conservative group's "north wind" ruckus as it is targeted against the DPRK.

The conservative forces including the "Saenuri Party" are seriously mistaken if they think they can get anything from this racket.

Their noisy campaign would only bring to light the despicable true colors as dirty political charlatans and the group of traitors obsessed by confrontation with fellow countrymen and give further momentum to strong actions against Lee Myung Bak and the "Saenuri Party".

They will not be able to escape a stern judgment by the people.
