At the ceremony Rohekele Andre, president of the Working Citizen's Association, referred to the purpose and significance of the formation of the Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism on the important anniversaries related to the Workers' Party of Korea.

Otete Gaston Mboyo, deputy general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, made a speech.

He warmly congratulated the inauguration of the organization named after the peerless great men recognized and ardently revered by the world.

He praised the undying feats performed by President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in founding and developing the immortal Juche idea and the personality of the dear respected Kim Jong Un as a great man.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the ceremony.
