Present there were members of the delegation led by Rostislav Goldshutein, member of the General Council of the United Russia Party and vice-chairman of the Regional Policy and Northern and Far Eastern Affairs Committee of the State Duma, Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexandr Timonin and his embassy officials.

After laying the wreath in the name of the delegation the guests observed a moment's silence in memory of the martyrs of the Soviet army.
