Present there were officials of the DPRK Red-Cross Society, young Red Cross volunteers, members of the delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies active in the DPRK and officials of foreign embassies here.

Speeches were made before planting trees.

Speakers said that the autumn tree planting is very important in preventing flood and landslide and adding beauty to the landscape of the country.

Then the participants planted trees.

The tree planting will last till November 12 across the country.
