Expressing belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would continue to develop in all fields, the message wished the prime minister greater success in his work for country's development and prosperity.

On the same day Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a similar message to Hor Nam Hong, deputy prime minister who doubles as minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia.
