Departing here on the same day was the joint delegation of four political parties of the State Duma of the Russian Federation headed by Rostislav Goldshutein, member of the General Council of the United Russia Party and vice-chairman of the Regional Policy and Northern and Far Eastern Affairs Committee of the State Duma.
