By labeling the DPRK as the "principal enemy" in its "white paper on defense" the Lee group seeks to justify and step up its moves for confrontation and war, prevent the spirit of the "ROK" army from rapidly sinking and instill antipathy towards fellow countrymen and consciousness of confrontation into its officers and soldiers.

Its trumpeting about the "principal enemy" would be unthinkable without its moves to ensure the conservative regime's stay in power.

It is the scenario of the conservative group to divert elsewhere the people's attention and help the "Saenuri Party" stay in power by kicking up extreme confrontation hysteria, vociferating about the "principal enemy".

The Lee group's move to label the DPRK as the "principal enemy" in its "white paper on defense" precisely means the stipulation of its scenario for a war against the DPRK.

It is impossible to prevent a war on this land unless the Lee group's reckless moves are frustrated.
