GIs are group of mental degenerates and robbers as they were trained in the idea of misanthropy, and regard murder, robbery and violence as their pleasure, it says, and goes on:

GIs are maniacs as they itch to commit crimes all the time.

That is why GIs often commit murders, robberies and rapes everywhere they go against the locals, touching off mounting grievances of the people.

The world people are already well aware of the killing of innocent people by the U.S. imperialists in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Japan is of no exception. In 1995 three GIs kidnapped 12-year-old Japanese girl and committed sexual assaults and in August this year a U.S. marine stationed in Okinawa floored a woman in her 40s by the roadside to commit all sorts of indecent acts. Such crimes by GIs in Japan are endless.

It is a foolish dream to expect that curfew order will help solve the problems as GIs regard crimes as an enjoyment and favorite amusement.

The crimes by GIs overseas will continue unless the habitat of crimes and hotbed of evils are removed.
