Rodong Sinmun Saturday says in a bylined commentary in this regard:

It is just like a thief crying "Stop the thief".

The puppet group has no face to talk about the issue of resuming the tour of Mt. Kumgang as it is the main culprit that scotched the tour.

It is the south Korean conservative group that blocked the tour, the precious achievement which helped lay the foundation for the prosperity common to the nation, the commentary says, citing the facts to prove the truth about the failure of the tour. It goes on:

The Lee Myung Bak group which had been indifferent to the issue of the tour of Mt. Kumgang in the past is now orchestrating a charade to give impression that it is interested in it. Its sinister aim is not to resume the tour in actuality but cover up the crimes of the group which derailed the north-south relations, and calm down the increasing demand of south Koreans for the resumption of the tour. It is seeking to build up the public opinion again over the issue of "guaranteeing the safety under the agreement reached between the authorities" and thus lay an obstacle to the next regime's efforts to resume the tour.

With no sophism and intrigues can the conservative group evade the criminal responsibility for having suspended the tour and pushed the inter-Korean relations to the lowest ebb.
