Present at the inaugural ceremony were personages of Nepali political parties, organizations and organizations for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people.

C. P. Mainali, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), was elected chairman of the remembrance committee.

The committee decided to widely introduce the noble careers and the immortal exploits of the great men of Mt. Paektu in diverse forms and ways.

A message to the dear respected Kim Jong Un was adopted at the ceremony.
