Alexander Fedosov, minister of Culture of the territorial government who is chairman of the Russia-Korea Friendship Association of Khabarovsk Territory, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee.

The committee decided to organize diverse political and cultural events introducing and disseminating the noble revolutionary career and immortal exploits of Kim Jong Il from November 20 to December 20.
