Present there from the DPRK side were officials of the Ministry of People's Security including Minister Ri Myong Su and from the Mongolian side the delegation of the Ministry of Justice of Mongolia headed by Minister Temuujin Khishigdemberel, Ambassador Manibadrakh Ganbold and staff members of the Mongolian embassy here.

The ministers inked the agreement.
