First, there was a ceremony of declaring the creation of the foundation.

An agreement on setting up the foundation was inked at the ceremony.

Congratulatory speeches were made by Kim Jong Suk, Jindallae Saphariny and Ma Zhenxuan, chairman of the Public Diplomacy and Culture Exchange Co., Ltd. in Beijing.

The speakers said that the foundation was established thanks to the noble outlook on the rising generations of leader Kim Jong Il and the dear respected Kim Jong Un and sincere efforts exerted by foreign figures.

Warmly congratulating the creation of the foundation as part of friendship, cooperation and humanitarianism, they said the foundation would contribute to providing people and children of the DPRK with happy life.

Then the certificate of the donation was conveyed.

A letter of the delegation to Kim Jong Un was read out there.
