More than 1 000 hectares of land were rezoned, road extending 50-odd km was paved, waterway for dual purposes extending 60-odd km was dug and 180 projects of structural construction were completed.

The Kosan Fruit Farm covering thousands of hectares has been rezoned as required by the Songun era, opening up the prospect of hastening the general modernization project.

After finishing the land realignment, the builders have buckled down to digging trench-like pits and building dwelling houses for hundreds of families, school, kindergarten, clinic, public service and catering facilities and other public establishments.
