The book-releasing ceremony took place at the building of the national congress in Rio Grande Do Sul State on November 20.

Present there were officials of the Party for Free Motherland, the Brazilian Communist Party and the Workers' Party of Brazil and the Communist Party of Brazil and personages of various circles of the State.

Present there on invitation were staff members of the DPRK embassy in Brasilia.

Speeches were made by a vice-president of the Party for Free Motherland, the chairman of the Rio Grande Do Sul State Committee of the party and other personages.

The speakers said that it is their international duty to make the Brazilian people know about famous works of Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and the dear respected Kim Jong Un as well as history and culture of Korea.

Translation and publication of the President's reminiscences amid the imperialists' stepped-up false propaganda against the DPRK are an expression of support and solidarity for the Korean people struggling against the vicious moves of the enemies to stifle the DPRK, the speakers noted.
