Present there on invitation were So Ho Won, chairman of the DPRK-Russia Friendship Association who doubles as vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, and other officials of the friendship association and friendship units.

Present there were Russian Ambassador Alexandr Timonin and staff members of the Russian embassy here.

Speeches were made at the meeting.

The participants watched a video introducing Russia and talked to one another about the need to boost the bilateral relations.
