| Pyongyang, December 9 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a congratulatory message on Dec. 3 to Francis Zammit Dimech upon his appointment as foreign minister of Malta. The message expressed the belief that the bilateral friendly ties would develop on good terms, wishing him success in his new job. |
