It said that suppression by dint of SL is being intensified in south Korea day by day.

It referred to the problematic article 7 "charges of encouragement and praise" of SL, the biggest controversy.

It said that the evil law is applied to more organizations and individuals having nothing to do with the north and the freedom of expression and assembly is being seriously violated.

It urged the south Korean authorities to immediately implement the recommendation of the UN organization calling for the repeal of SL.
