DPRK Order Awarded to Kuwaiti Personage

| Pyongyang, December 12 (KCNA) -- Order of DPRK Friendship First Class was awarded to Hesham Al-Waqayan, deputy director general of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development. He contributed to developing friendship between the DPRK and Kuwait and bilateral economic and cooperative relations. An awarding ceremony took place at the Mansudae Assembly Hall Wednesday. |
