The general secretary praised Kim Jong Il as a distinguished leader of the progressives who performed undying exploits for the victory not only of the Korean revolution but of the world socialist cause.

His extraordinary revolutionary career and feats will remain long in the history of the world socialist movement, he said.

Noting he is glad that the dear respected Kim Jong Un is reliably carrying forward the cause of Kim Jong Il and leading the Korean revolution to victory, he wished Kim Jong Un greater successes.

It is due obligation of him as a co-chairman of the Italian committee for remembering Kim Jong Il to widely introduce the exploits of the great man, he stressed.

He said he would actively introduce the greatness of Kim Jong Il in the future.
