Four GIs in the U.S. military base in Tongduchon were caught red-handed.

They deserted from the barracks and skulked in various places to manufacture drugs and sell them to other GIs and south Koreans who visited pleasure resorts from March to October.

They smuggled raw materials for drugs under the cover of coffee powder.

At least dozens of people bought and used those drugs, counting only the number of the people disclosed.
