Introducing in detail the fact that he gave clear answers to the theoretical and practical issues arising in promoting the global independence, the bulletin went on:

The most important feat he performed for the cause of independence is that he contained imperialists' offensive to stifle the DPRK and firmly defended socialism in the DPRK and peace and security in the region with his unique Songun politics.

He directed much effort into developing the relations with different countries aspiring after independence and conducted energetic external activities to build a new world where the desires for independence, friendship and peace come true.
