Hamid Reza Taraghi, vice general secretary of the Islamic Coalition Party of Iran, said on Dec. 5 that Kim Jong Il performed immortal exploits for the Korean revolution and the cause of global independence with his talented wisdom, outstanding ideological and theoretical activities and extraordinary leadership, adding that he was, indeed, a peerlessly great man, a prominent statesman recognized by the world and a sage living in the hearts of progressive mankind.

Ristiyanto, general secretary of the National Guidance Council of the Pioneer Party of Indonesia, praised Kim Jong Il as a peerless patriot and benevolent father of the people who devoted his all to the country's prosperity and the people's happiness. He added Kim Jong Il regarded the improvement of the people's living standard as one of the top priority affairs and the supreme goal and provided ceaseless field guidance by train to mix with the people.

Andreas Hugo Pareira, chairman in charge of National Defence, Security and International Relations of the Central Directive Council of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle, paid high respects to Kim Jong Il on behalf of the council on Dec. 10 and praised his Songun leadership exploits.
