| Pyongyang, December 18 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Tuesday sent a message of greeting to Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani on its independence day.
