The reporters and speakers said that the successful launch of the second version of satellite Kwangmyongsong-3 is a great national jubilee which carried out the desire at the behest of leader Kim Jong Il. They extended warm congratulations to scientists, technicians, workers and officials who greatly contributed to the launch by displaying ardent loyalty and patriotism.

The successful launch of the satellite showed the strong will of the army and people of the DPRK to defend the sovereignty and dignity of the nation and legitimately exercise the country's right to use space for peaceful purposes, they said.

They vowed to achieve more world-level successes in scientific and technological researches and introduce them to the production and practice, keeping in their minds their duties as Kim Jong Il's soldiers and disciples.

They called upon all the party members, service personnel and other people to get united close around the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, their destiny and future, and more strikingly demonstrate the dignity and might of Songun Korea.
