The work, published on June 19, 1995, clarifies the idea that in order to successfully accomplish the socialist cause it is necessary to give top priority to the ideological work. It also says the basic task of the ideological work is to imbue whole society with the socialist idea and that the ideological work should be conducted on the principle and by the method suited to the intrinsic requirements of socialism.
