There were photos dealing with the immortal revolutionary exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

Displayed there were works of the peerlessly great men and books and photos introducing the army and people of the DPRK in their efforts to build a thriving nation.

The participants laid bouquets before the portraits of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il before paying tribute to them.

The chairperson of the above-said committee in a report said that the Finnish people are looking back with deep emotion on the great revolutionary life of Kim Jong Il on the occasion of the first anniversary of his demise, adding that he would be immortal in their hearts.

The vice-chairman of the Communist Workers' Party of Finland for the Peace and Socialism and the chairman of the Finnish National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea in their speeches praised Kim Jong Il as the great statesman and the prominent leader.

They affirmed that the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK would invariably advance along the road of the socialist cause and the cause of global independence as they are led by the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

A joint declaration was adopted at the meeting.

The declaration spoke highly of Kim Jong Il who firmly defended the country's dignity and made great contribution to the country's reunification and global independence. It expressed conviction that Kim Jong Un would lead to victory the struggle for carrying out the behests of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
