Under the prevailing situation one can never protect justice without courage and grit.

A country can never exercise its legitimate sovereign right when it meekly obeys the old international order, bound to it.

If a country neglects space research and development at the present time when they have become a global trend, it will be scientifically and technologically pressurized by the imperialists and will become subject to them in the end.

The imperialists and their followers are kicking up anti-DPRK hysteria, groundlessly painting its satellite launch as a missile launch in quest of their sinister aims, but they can never deter it from exercising its sovereign right.

It will steadily develop its cutting-edge science and technology, firmly defend its legitimate sovereign right to the space development and bolster up its national power.
