Successful Satellite Launchers Congratulated

Pyongyang, December 22 (KCNA) -- Scientists, technicians, workers and officials who successfully launched Kwangmyongsong 3-2 are deluged with congratulatory letters and messages from different parts of the DPRK. From Dec. 20 to 22, dozens of units sent letters and messages to them. They included the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, Political Bureau and Secretariat of the Cabinet, Kim Il Sung Higher Party School, Korean Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Committee, State Science and Technology Commission, State Academy of Sciences, Academy of Medical Science, State Planning Commission, Ministry of Electronics Industry, Ministry of State Construction Control, Ministry of Land and Marine Transport, Ministry of Public Health, Central Statistic Bureau, Supreme Public Prosecutors Office, Rodong Sinmun and the Kumsong Youth Publishing House. Congratulatory messages were sent by many units across the country including party and power bodies and working people's organizations in provinces (municipalities), Sunchon Area Youth Coal Mining Complex, Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex, Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex, Rakwon Machine Complex, Komdok Mining Complex, Taehung Youth Hero Mine, Hungnam Fertilizer Complex, February 8 Vinalon Complex, Hamhung Woolen Mill, Migok Co-op Farm in Sariwon City, Kim Je Won Haeju University of Agriculture and Kim Jong Suk Secondary School. The letters and messages said that the successful launch of the satellite manufactured by the DPRK with its indigenous technology is a gift of loyalty presented by the Workers' Party of Korea, the army and the people to General Secretary Kim Jong Il and a historic event which successfully carried out his behests. The satellite launchers, who brought the DPRK's space technology for peaceful use onto a higher stage, are precious treasures who have personified Kim Jong Il's patriotism, the letters and messages noted. They expressed the firm will to become comrades of faith and obligation remaining true to the idea and leadership of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un with great results by learning from the idea, spirit and working styles of those contributors to the successful satellite launch. Upon receiving the letters and messages, the satellite launchers vowed to launch more working satellites in the future, bearing deep in mind the profound love and trust of Kim Jong Un and the expectation of the country and its people. |
