This is nothing but a revelation of the U.S. sinister intention to justify the deployment of its nuclear weapons in other countries and its policy of nuclear umbrella under the pretext of non-existent "threat of proliferation" by the DPRK.

As well known to the world, the DPRK clarified at home and abroad the self-defensive nature and mission of its nuclear deterrent and has enforced an independent nuclear policy for peace and security on the Korean Peninsula and in the rest of the world. It also made it clear that it would make efforts for international nuclear non-proliferation and the safe control over nuclear materials from an equal stand with other nuclear weapons states and has put this stance into practice.

The U.S. has neither justification nor face to vociferate about the non-existent "nuclear proliferation" and "nuclear threat" from the DPRK.

The U.S. is the arch criminal proliferating nukes and posing nuclear threat to other countries. It shipped nuclear weapons into south Korea as early as the period of the Korean War and frantically staged exercises under the simulated conditions of mounting nuclear attack on north Korea with nuclear weapons in the entire period of the war. In the post-war period, it turned south Korea into the biggest nuclear arsenal and the largest nuclear outpost in the Far East and staged drills for a nuclear war against the DPRK every year.

The U.S. made no scruple of committing such nuclear proliferation as dispatching nuclear physicists and delivering highly enriched uranium to Israel in a bid to help it in development of nuclear weapons. In 1969, it secretly allowed Israel's access to nuclear weapons and stopped pressurizing Israel to accede to NPT. The present Obama Administration strictly observes this policy.

The U.S. slapped sanctions against the DPRK under the pretext of coping with its "nuclear proliferation" and "threat" and promised to provide the south Korean puppet forces with provision of "extended nuclear deterrent" including nuclear umbrella, posing a serious threat to the peace and security in Northeast Asia.

The members of the Senate and the House of Representatives of the U.S. agreed to allot huge funds again for carrying out their brigandish nuclear plan on December 18.

It is ridiculous for the U.S. to talk about "nuclear proliferation" and "nuclear threat" from the DPRK.

The U.S. ambition to dominate the world with nuclear weapons and its nuclear blackmail are a blatant challenge to the international community.

That is why the peace-loving people of the world are cursing and censuring the U.S. imperialists' cunning propaganda about "nuclear non-proliferation" and their fiction about "nuclear threat" and other dangerous moves behind the scene of this row.

The U.S. is sadly mistaken if it calculates it can pull the wool over the eyes of the international community advocating justice and truth with such sheer sophism.

The U.S. should stop at once its reckless acts of posing a threat to global peace and security.
