In his message he paid his highest tribute to Kim Jong Un on behalf of all members of the Democratic Party of Senegal and on his own behalf on the occasion of the first anniversary of demise of General Secretary Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the WPK.

He said that the exploits and brilliant career of Kim Jong Il would always be remembered by progressive mankind in the world.

Availing himself of this opportunity, he sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and the fraternal Korean people greater success in the efforts to build a thriving nation and achieve the cause of national reunification.

He offered highest regard to Kim Jong Un.
