He expressed encouragement and solidarity with the DPRK people on behalf of the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo and on his own behalf on the occasion of the first anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il.

Demise of outstanding statesman Kim Jong Il was a great loss. But we believe that the Korean people will display strength and courage in defending the country and promoting its development with vigor, courage and wisdom given by him, the vice-minister noted.
