Minju Joson Discloses Lee Myung Bak Regime's Aim at Lighting Frontline Tower

Pyongyang, December 26 (KCNA) -- The south Korean military lighted a lamp atop Aegibong near the Military Demarcation Line on Dec. 22. This is not just a mere religious service but part of anti-DPRK psychological warfare aimed to rattle the nerves of the DPRK and slander it, says Minju Joson Wednesday in a bylined commentary. This risks the occurrence of a shocking armed conflict in the West coast where military tension simmers, the commentary notes, and goes on: By illuminating the frontline tower the puppet military seeks to get out of its predicament. After the DPRK's announcement of its plan to launch a satellite, the south Korean military portrayed it as a long-range missile launch and dispatched warships and reconnaissance planes. However, it was unaware of the launch even just before it was made. It felt humiliation by the DPRK's successful satellite launch. To retrieve its disgrace and save its face, it lighted the lamp tower in a provocative manner. The puppet military has enjoyed all privileges since the emergence of the Lee Myung Bak regime, taking the lead in escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen and war actions. Only when the next-term regime takes over traitor Lee's confrontation and war policy, can it not lose its privileges. For this purpose, the puppet military is resorting to the anti-DPRK psychological warfare despite protest and denunciation of the residents surrounding Aegibong and other broad masses. The group of traitors will be fully accountable for any shocking conflict that may occur because of the tower. |
